  Directions of Use

  
  
  • Wear the belt around the body part (waist / hips / thigh).
  
  
  • Connect the cord to the main.
  
  
  • Initially set the heat level at low, and then gradually increase as desired.

  • Position 0: Off
  
  
  • Position 1: 45 to 50˚ C
  
  
  • Position 2: 50 to 60˚ C
  
  
  • Position 3: above 60˚ C
