“Returns are facilitated directly by the respective sellers under this policy. It includes options for exchange, replacement, and refunds. Keep in mind that not all products within a specific category have the same returns policy. 

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns and replacements can be requested within 5 days of delivery of the order, for the following reasons:
      • Wrong Products Delivered: If you receive products different from what you ordered, you’re eligible for a return or replacement.
      • Missing Products in the Order: If any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 5 days for prompt resolution.
      • Damaged Products Delivered: If your products arrive damaged, we’ll gladly assist with returns or replacements.
      • Expired Products Delivered: In case you receive expired products, reach out to us within the specified timeframe.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received by the seller.
    • If the seller is unable to process a replacement, a refund will be issued.
  3. Product Accessories:

    • If a product accessory is missing, damaged, or defective, the seller may replace it or issue an eGV (electronic gift voucher) equivalent to the accessory’s price.
  4. Non-Delivery Issues:

    • If a product was not delivered despite a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 5 days for investigation.
