“Returns are facilitated directly by the respective sellers under this policy. It includes options for exchange, replacement, and refunds. Keep in mind that not all products within a specific category have the same returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns and replacements can be requested within 5 days of delivery of the order, for the following reasons:
- Wrong Products Delivered: If you receive products different from what you ordered, you’re eligible for a return or replacement.

- If a product accessory is missing, damaged, or defective, the seller may replace it or issue an eGV (electronic gift voucher) equivalent to the accessory’s price.
Non-Delivery Issues:
- If a product was not delivered despite a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 5 days for investigation.
